Understanding How You Will Meet Specific Requirements

Math Graduation Requirement

All Gies College of Business students are required to take CS 105 – Introduction to Computing: Non-Technical, which satisfies the Quantitative Reasoning (QR) 1 general education requirement.

Students may choose a course from the list to the right to fulfill the second QR requirement. You will most likely take either MATH 234 or STAT 100. Students with AP, IB, or A-level credit, or dual enrollment transfer credit for an equivalent course from the list on the right will not need to take an additional QR course.

You will be able to talk about whether you still need a math course and what the best option for you will be when you meet with your advisor.
