In order to provide the fastest service to our students and alumni, UC Irvine has authorized Parchment to provide online transcript ordering for both electronic and paper transcripts. To order a transcript, login to the Parchment secure website.
The online service includes a step-by-step ordering process, including delivery options, attaching documents, and fees which can be paid using any major credit card. Multiple transcripts with multiple destinations can be ordered during a single online session.
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your order will be processed during regular Registrar Office business hours. Electronic transcripts are sent on the same business day after processing begins; paper transcripts are sent four to five business days after processing begins. Transcript processing is limited during University holidays and recesses. Check the Parchment website for the most up to date processing times or contact our office.
Parchment charges a fee for expedited mailing and is not covered by the document fee.
If you need help or have questions about your Parchment order, click the “Support” button on the bottom of the Parchment storefront page.
